Our ward has the privilege of cleaning the building for the month of February. For those with last names "S to Z " your day is this Saturday, February 23. Please be at the church to clean at 8:30 am Saturday morning.
Crossroads Building, Saturday, February 23 from 10-2 pm. Childcare will be provided as needed for children 18 months + and we will provide their lunch. We will be privileged to hear a special message, directed to the Sisters of our Stake, from Sister Eubank (General RS 1st counselor) and Sister Bingham, (RS President) among other leaders. Renlund of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will provide messages of instruction and inspiration on how family history can be used to strengthen families, how to organize family history in your ward, and understanding the responsibilities of your calling. Always observe and be aware of your environment and take note of the two nearest exits in any place you visit. When faced with an active shooter situation, and can leave the area safely, run, if not hide until it is safe, stay where you are, lock the doors and block any entrances. Fight only as a last resort.
