Stake Missionary Prep Class

Every 2nd Sunday of the month the Stake has a missionary prep class at 7 pm in then Stake Center for all youth 15 years and older. The next class is tonight, February 13, at 7pm. For any questions please contact Bother and Sister Argyle.

Choir Practice

We welcome anyone interested in singing to attend choir practice on Sundays in the chapel from 3:15-4:30.

Emergency Preparedness Survey

In order for the Bishop and Elders Quorum president to fulfill their duty, it is important for every family to take this 3 to 4 minute survey. Only the Bishop and Elders Quorum President will have access to this information.

FSY

For all youth turning 14 years old or older this year they will have the opportunity to register and attend FSY during the summer. Here is a link to all of the options. They should receive an email with an assigned date to register. Each youth will be responsible for $75 of the cost of FSY. Please fill out the google form so we know when each youth in our ward will be planning to attend . If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to Sister King.

Young Women and Young Men Camps

Save the Date! Young Men Camp will be June 1-June 4. Young Women Camp will be May 31-June 2.

Each YM and YW will need to pay $50 for camp. We encourage the youth to earn this money themselves. Please seek out jobs around the house or other jobs around the ward/neighborhood for this purpose.

More details to come for the camps.

Youth Temple Trip

There will be a ward youth temple trip for all youth that are turning 12 or older this Wednesday February 16. We will send information today with the schedule for each youth. We encourage all of the youth to prepare their own family names if possible also as a reminder for all youth to locate and bring their temple recommend.

Youth Protection Training

If you are working with youth and have not taken the church's Youth Protection Training in the past three years, please follow this link to take the class. It takes about 30 minutes.

Missionary Meal Signup

Addiction Recovery and Family and Spouse Support

General Addiction

Thursday's 8:00 pm at the Prosper Building, (970 N. Coit Rd., Prosper). For those who struggle with any addiction, men and women welcome. They meet in the Relief Society Room.

Spouse and Family Support Group Meeting

Tuesday mornings 10:30 am at the Legacy Bldg., (10400 Legacy Dr., Frisco, TX). Support for loved ones of those overcoming addictions. Women only meet in the Relief Society Room.

Addiction Recovery - Pornography - Men Only

Currently via Zoom. Sunday evenings at 8:30 pm. Contact Elder Dennis Shanklin for Zoom link at 818 378 1603.
