We are anticipating the creation of a Hispanic Branch in the Prosper Stake with participation from the Frisco Stake and Little Elm Stake. In connection with that, there will be a special Sacrament Meeting in Spanish as follows:
This meeting is not for the creation of the Branch, but in preparation for the creation which we anticipate will be in late February or early March. Any members of the ward that feel impressed should attend this special meeting.
Our ward is in charge of cleaning the church building for the month of February. This Saturday February 1 everyone with the last name from T-Z is asked to come clean the church at 8:30. Cleaning assignments for February:

For everyone 50 and older there will be a luncheon at the Prosper building on Tuesday, January 28, from 11 am-1 pm. The topic will be health and wellness. Please see Brother James Strong with any questions.
All Relief Society sisters are invited to attend a Relief Society activity on Tuesday, February 11, at 7 pm. The activity will be held in the Relief Society room of the Prosper Building. Please see the attached flyer for more details.
2020 Nauvoo youth trip May 26 to May 30, 2020 for young men and young women turning 14 this year through graduating seniors. Please turn in a $50 deposit to a member of the bishopric for each youth attending by February 2.
This face to face pertains to any adult that is married or single from age 18-30. On Saturday, February 8, 2020, Elder Kyle S. McKay (General Authority Seventy), Sis. Sharon Eubank (First Counselor, Relief Society General Presidency), and Sis. Kate Holbrook (Managing Historian of Women's History, Church History Department) will hold a question and answer session on church history and other gospel topics. The meeting will be held at the Carrollton Texas Stake Center (4000 Nazarene Dr. Carrollton, TX 75010) from 7-8:30PM.

Ward Temple night every second Saturday of the month at 6:30 pm. The next temple night is the 6:30 pm session on February 8.
Next Mission Prep Class is Sunday, February 9 at 7:00 pm at the Prosper building. All youth 15 and older are invited to attend. President Platt will be going over the missionary interview and application process in detail. All parents are invited to attend.
Next Mission Prep activity is Friday, February 14 for a temple trip. Please meet at the Legacy building at 6am or 7:30am. Please pick the shift that works best for you.
